2.1 Booking Confirmation: All flight bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received.
2.2 Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline. Refunds are subject to airline policies and may incur cancellation fees.
2.3 Ticket Changes: Any changes to flight bookings, including date changes, name corrections, or upgrades, are subject to airline policies and applicable fees.
2.4 Liability: Crush Holidays acts as an intermediary between the customer and the airline. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or missed connections due to airline operations.
2.5 Travel Documents: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas, for their journey. Crush Holidays will not be liable for any travel disruptions due to invalid or missing documents.
3.1 Booking Confirmation: Tour packages are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as agreed upon during the booking process.
3.2 Inclusions & Exclusions: All inclusions and exclusions of the tour package will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Any additional costs not mentioned in the package, such as personal expenses, are the customer’s responsibility.
3.3 Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies for tour packages will vary depending on the destination, service providers, and the time of cancellation. Any refunds will be processed according to the specific terms of the package and may include deductions for non-refundable components.
3.4 Changes to Itinerary: Crush Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.
3.5 Liability: While we strive to ensure a seamless travel experience, Crush Holidays is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers during the tour.
4.1 Booking Confirmation: Accommodation bookings are confirmed upon full payment or a deposit as agreed upon during the booking process.
4.2 Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies vary based on the hotel or accommodation provider. Any refunds are subject to the provider’s policy and may incur cancellation fees.
4.3 Special Requests: Special requests (e.g., room preferences, early check-in, late check-out) will be passed on to the accommodation provider but cannot be guaranteed.
4.4 Liability: Crush Holidays is not responsible for any issues or disputes that arise during your stay at the booked accommodation, including but not limited to service quality, property conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
5.1 Processing Time: The processing time for visas varies depending on the destination country and its respective embassy or consulate. Crush Holidays cannot guarantee visa approval or the processing time.
5.2 Documentation: Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation for visa processing. Crush Holidays will not be liable for delays or rejections due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
5.3 Fees: Visa fees are non-refundable and are subject to change according to the respective embassy or consulate’s policies.
5.4 Liability: Crush Holidays acts as a facilitator in the visa application process. We are not responsible for any visa rejection or delays by the embassy or consulate.
6.1 Application Process: Crush Holidays assists in the application process for both new and renewed passports. However, the issuance of the passport is solely at the discretion of the respective government authority.
6.2 Documentation: Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation as per the requirements for passport services. Crush Holidays will not be responsible for any delays or rejections due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6.3 Fees: All fees related to passport processing are non-refundable and may change according to government regulations.
6.4 Liability: Crush Holidays acts as a facilitator in the passport application process. We are not responsible for any delays or rejection of the application by the respective government authority.
7.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Gpay. Payment must be made in full as per the agreed schedule.
7.2 Currency Fluctuations: All prices are quoted in the local currency unless otherwise stated. Crush Holidays is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates that may impact the final cost of services.
7.3 Non-Payment: In case of non-payment by the customer, Crush Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking and impose cancellation charges as per the service provider’s policy.
8.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms of the specific service booked. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
8.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed as per the terms of the service booked and may take up to 30 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
9.1 Recommendation: Crush Holidays strongly recommends that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
9.2 Liability: Crush Holidays does not provide travel insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain adequate coverage.
10.1 Personal Conduct: Customers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and abide by local laws and regulations during their travel. Crush Holidays will not be liable for any consequences arising from a customer’s misconduct.
10.2 Health & Safety: Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their destination, including vaccinations and health insurance. Additionally, customers should carry necessary medications, including those for elderly needs.
10.3 Baggage: Customers are responsible for their own safety and security of baggage, passports & other personal belongings throughout the journey. Crush Holidays is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage / personal belongings.
11.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the laws of the country to which you are traveling.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution is not reached through negotiation, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules agreed upon by the parties involved. If the parties cannot agree on the rules, the arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the laws of India. The decision of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding on both parties.
12.1 Data Collection: Crush Holidays collects personal information for the purpose of processing bookings and providing travel services. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Third-Party Disclosure: We may share your information with third-party service providers involved in fulfilling your travel arrangements. We will not share your data with any other third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
13.1 Indirect Damages: Crush Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
13.2 Force Majeure: Crush Holidays is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
